Hebron Savings Bank is pleased to announce that Vichettra Lamuth, a graduate of North Dorchester High School, and Cooper Witt, a graduate of James M. Bennett High School, have been selected as the recipients of the 2026 Hebron Savings Bank Emerging Business Leaders Scholarship.
The scholarship program was established to support graduating high school seniors from Maryland’s Eastern Shore who demonstrate academic achievement, leadership, community involvement, and an interest in business, finance, economics, entrepreneurship, or related fields.

Each recipient will receive scholarship support to assist with college expenses. In addition, the program includes paid summer internship opportunities at Hebron Savings Bank, giving recipients the opportunity to gain real-world professional experience, develop career skills, and build relationships with bank employees and leaders. The 2026 applicant pool was exceptionally strong, with students from across the region demonstrating impressive academic accomplishments, community service, leadership, and ambition. Hebron Savings Bank congratulates all students who applied and thanks the schools, counselors, families, and community members who supported them throughout the process.
