Salisbury, MD — NAI Coastal is pleased to announce the sale of Virginia Square, a prominent +/- 24,720 square foot shopping center fronting Route 13 at 1517 North Salisbury Boulevard in Salisbury, Maryland. The property sold for $1.65 million.
George Merritt of NAI Coastal represented the transaction, with Veronica James of ERA Martin and Associates serving as co-broker.
