Davis, Bowen & Friedel, Inc. (DBF) has welcomed several new survey department additions at all three of the firm’s locations: Salisbury and Easton, Maryland, and Milford, Delaware.
Jay Rash currently serves as the housing coordinator for DBF’s survey department in Salisbury. While he typically drafts site plans/re-site and final surveys for residential subdivisions, Rash will also assist in the field as needed; he holds degrees in both Surveying and Construction Management from Delaware Tech Community College. Originally from Newark, Delaware, Rash and his fiancé relocated to Salisbury last year.
A lifelong resident of Lewes, Delaware, Josh Fitzgerald joined the Milford survey team in August. A former employee of Dirt Works, Inc., Fitzgerald has been primarily responsible for providing general survey assistance on nearly a dozen multi-family residential projects in Delaware.
Formerly an electrician with Barnes Electric, Brad Russell has been developing his survey skills with Salisbury’s team since September. While the majority of his field work has been related to multi-family residential projects, Russell has also assisted with a diverse range of projects for UMES, the Cape Henlopen school district and local municipalities.
Also new to Salisbury’s survey department is James Parsons. A native of Westminster, Maryland, he relocated to Salisbury from Carroll County earlier in the year. Parsons works with the Salisbury survey team to provide general assistance on various job sites throughout the Delmarva region.
Andrew Hubbard is DBF’s most recent addition, having joined the Easton office at the beginning of October. A graduate of Colonel Richardson High School in Federalsburg and resident of Preston, both in Maryland, he will provide general survey support to Easton’s expanding survey team.
