JUNE 2021 – Josh Clow, Advisor with SVN | Miller Commercial Real Estate has passed the Delaware Real Estate exam. Josh is based out of Salisbury with a concentration in Maryland’s upper counties.
Josh currently plays ice hockey in Harrington, DE and has many friends throughout the state. As he makes new friends and connections throughout Delaware, becoming licensed was an obvious next step to better serve his clients.
“65% of our buyers come from out of state and I want to be able to serve our clients who have properties in both Maryland and Delaware. I felt that for our clients it just makes sense to be able to service both states. I am even considering obtaining my Pennsylvania license next,” said Clow.
Josh transitioned into real estate through his personal commercial investing. The Clow family owns several businesses operating out of Easton, MD which is where he will be centrally focused.
Over the past year at SVN | Miller, Josh has completed the leasing of a 56,000 SF industrial facility in Salisbury, MD and implemented the concept change of a long-vacant office building to a fully leased co-work office. He is also attending classes to achieve the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager) designation.
