Registrations are open for the 2025 Ocean to Bay Bike Tour presented by The Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce. To be held on May 2 and 3, over 2,000 cyclists have the choice of a 10-, 30-, 50-, 62.5-, or 100-mile ride, traveling throughout Southern Delaware’s scenic beaches and bays. Registered cyclists will receive access to exclusive gifts and amenities including a long-sleeve tech or cotton tee, rest stops snacks, and post-ride activities. In 2024, over $10,000 was raised for event beneficiaries including Justin F. Jennings Foundation, Contractors for a Cause, Cancer Support Community DE, ARES, and local volunteer fire companies.
Saturday riders (30-, 50-,62.5-, or 100-mile routes) can register at a discounted price of $60 throughout January and February. Teams of 6+ can register for an even lower price of $55. Starting on March 3, 2025, registration prices will increase. To register online, visit oceantobaybiketour.com. Proceeds from the Saturday ride will benefit local first responders, Contractors for a Cause, and Justin W. Jennings Foundation, among others!
In addition to the Saturday tour, there will be a 10-mile Coastal Cruise on Friday, May 2nd, and Saturday, May 3rd featuring an out-and-back route from Bethany Beach to the Big Chill Beach Club at the Indian River Inlet. Cyclists of all levels can enjoy this relaxation and take in the scenery on this beautiful ride benefitting the Delaware Center for the Inland Bays. Registration for the Coastal Cruise is $35 and is a great option for families and individuals looking for a fun outdoor activity. Saturday cyclists can add the Coastal Cruise onto their Saturday ride for $15 by selecting a Combo registration.
