TGM Group LLC is pleased to announce that Roy J. Geiser, CPA will become a member of the Firm, effective January 1, 2015.
Roy has an extensive background in public accounting. His responsibilities with TGM Group LLC include the rendering of accounting, auditing, tax, and consulting services to closely held for-profit businesses, financial institutions, manufacturers, local governments, non-profit organizations, and individuals. His extensive experience with governments and non-profits includes specialized knowledge in Government Auditing Standards and the Single Audit under OMB Circular A-133.
Roy joined TGM Group LLC in January 2001. He is a May 2001 cum laude graduate from the Franklin P. Perdue School of Business at Salisbury University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems where he was a member of the Beta Alpha Psi national honor society for outstanding academic achievement. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA).
Roy’s involvement in community service includes the Salisbury University Perdue School of Business (“Perdue School”) Career Advisory Board and the Perdue School’s Strategic Planning Committee and is President of the Board of the Life Crisis Center and is on the finance committee for the Board of the Junior Achievement of the Eastern Shore.
Originally from Sykesville, Maryland (Carroll County), Roy and his wife Courtney and two daughters reside in Salisbury.
