Governor’s Office of Small, Minority & Women Business Affairs to Provide Signature Ready, Set, GROW! Workshop During MACo Summer Conference
WHAT:
For the first time, the Governor’s Office of Small, Minority & Women Business Affairs is partnering with the Maryland Association of Counties (MACo) to bring its signature Ready, Set, GROW! Procurement Connections Workshop to the annual Summer Conference held in Ocean City. The workshop is a business development program supporting Governor Hogan’s “Maryland is Open for Business” initiative. Small business owners are given insightful tips for navigating the procurement process, then meet with buyers from state agencies. In partnership with MACo, attendees will also meet buyers from county government offices.
