Bill O’Donnell, a REALTOR® with Montego Bay Realty in Ocean City, was the winner of a drawing sponsored by the Coastal Association of REALTORS® (CAR) for members who donated blood at the January 20, 2016 OC Cares Blood Drive.
O’Donnell won 10.5 hours of required Continuing Education (CE), valued at over $100. The classes O’Donnell will be able to complete at no cost are Legal Update; Fair Housing; Ethics, Predatory Lending & Flipping; and MDREC Agency. These classes are offered at the CAR Training Center in Berlin.
REALTORS® must complete a certain amount of CE each year in order to maintain their Maryland Real Estate Salesperson License.
“Congratulations to Bill for winning the drawing and thanks to all of our members who donated or volunteered their time at the blood drive,” said CAR President Linda Moran. “It’s always so rewarding to see our members come together to support a local and worthy cause.”
