The Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a “Multi-Chamber Mixer” on August 10, beginning at 6 p.m. at Arthur W. Perdue Stadium as the Delmarva Shorebirds take on the Lakewood Lancers. This will be a great opportunity for networking beyond the immediate region, and to extend local business’ reach to new demographics in the Greater Maryland Area.
Events such as this one are excellent for generation of high quality referrals and leads to potential clients. Business people who take part in SACC mixers are highly motivated, knowledgeable experts in their fields. The potential for joint ventures, partnerships, and connections with influential figures is increased exponentially with attendance. Being present and visible is a substantial benefit of networking to assist in reputation through the community. The Salisbury Area Chamber is dedicated to strengthening, broadening and fortifying members business relationships and commerce through exciting, fun occasions such as this one.
The cost of the event is $23.50 per person and includes a game ticket and a buffet in a private party area. Beverages will be available for purchase. All Maryland Chambers are invited to attend. The stadium is located at 6400 Hobbs Rd, Salisbury, MD 21804.
The SACC requests that each Chamber details and collect registrations and payments for the event. Before the event we ask remittance of those payments via one check to the SACC. We will handle the total final payment. Tickets will be sent to each participating Chamber two weeks prior to game day. Tickets purchased after that mailing will be in Will Call at the stadium the night of the mixer.
The Chamber with the MOST tickets sales will receive the “First Pitch ” ceremony for that Chamber and their representative. This is a perfect opportunity to thank an outstanding volunteer or Chamber member or partner.
